Welcome to Meat Tracker. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account and your shop

You're responsible for your account and for everything you sell through it: your products, their descriptions and photos, food safety and labeling for what you sell, filling pickup and delivery orders as promised, and your own refunds. You must have the right to sell what you list and to use the photos you upload. Don't use Meat Tracker for anything illegal or to infringe someone else's rights.

Subscriptions and fees

Meat Tracker is offered as a paid monthly subscription per store. Your store's checkout stays off until your subscription is active. Meat Tracker takes 0% of your sales; payment processing fees are charged by Stripe directly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Payments and payouts

Sales are processed through Stripe Connect and paid out to your connected Stripe account. You're responsible for honoring your stated policies and for customer support, refunds, and any taxes you owe. Meat Tracker's Return and Refund Policy sets the minimum terms for purchases delivered in the United States. You may offer more flexible terms, but not less.

Content and conduct

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Meat Tracker a limited license to host and display it so we can run your store. We may remove content or suspend stores that violate these terms.

No AI-generated product images

Meat Tracker is built for real shops selling real food, and customers come here trusting that every photo shows an actual item from your counter. Product images must be genuine photographs of the item you are selling. Ordinary photo editing such as cropping, straightening, or adjusting lighting is welcome; generating or faking a product image with AI is not.

AI-generated and AI-synthesized product images are prohibited anywhere on Meat Tracker, including listings, storefront pages, posts, and anything else you publish through us. We enforce this with a two-strike policy: the first time we find an AI-generated product image, we remove it and send you a warning; a second violation results in your store being suspended or permanently closed. We may act without prior warning in cases of deliberate or repeated abuse.

Disclaimer

Meat Tracker is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes
